Yesterday I woke to Shane's alarm instead of Henry. Thats right, this wonderful boy decided to sleep from midnight to 6 a.m. Then today Henry smiled for the first time when awake. He's had many brief smiley moments after nursing or when pooping. However today he smiled when wide awake, for 5 seconds, while his eyes were locked in on me. Nothing makes you feel special like your baby giving you that ear to ear grin. We did had lots of bonding time yesterday as Shane was at the hospital from 7am until 4:30 am. Hopefully the little man will give Shane a big old grin today.
